We are a husband-and-wife veterinarian team who have worked in fast-paced emergency and specialty hospitals for the last five years. Now, we’re bringing our expertise directly to your home with our mobile veterinary practice. We know how stressful hospital visits can be—for both pets and their families—which is why we’re committed to providing the highest quality care in a comfortable, familiar environment. Our goal is to deliver top-tier, personalized medicine without the anxiety of travel, ensuring your pet receives exceptional care without the stress.

Jordan Sanford, DVM

Jordan Sanford, a Maine native, developed a passion for veterinary medicine at a young age while growing up on his family’s farm. He pursued his undergraduate studies at McGill University, earning a bachelor's degree in chemistry. Jordan then went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduation, he moved to New York City to complete a one-year rotating small animal internship at The Animal Center. He later joined his partner in Boise, Idaho, where they both worked as small animal emergency veterinarians at WestVet Emergency and Specialty Center. Over the years, Jordan has developed a special interest in cardiology, wound management, and ultrasound.
Returning to Maine has been a rewarding experience for Jordan, allowing him to be closer to friends and family. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, fly fishing, and hiking, as well as participating in recreational league sports. He also loves spending time with his wife and their pets.

Anna Streitz, DVM

Dr. Anna Streitz grew up in northern Minnesota and discovered her passion for veterinary medicine in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Oregon. Following graduation, she first gained hands-on experience working at a busy emergency and referral hospital in Portland, Oregon. Driven by her love for animal care, she returned home to attend veterinary school, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Minnesota.
Following graduation, Dr. Streitz pursued advanced training through a rigorous one-year small animal medicine and surgery internship at WestVet Emergency and Specialty Center in Boise, Idaho. She then stayed on as an emergency veterinarian, further honing her skills in high-stakes, fast-paced veterinary care.
In 2024, Anna and her husband relocated to Maine, where she works as an emergency veterinarian. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys exploring the outdoors or unwinding at home with a good book, accompanied by their two dogs and three cats.
